The Polyphonic Spree

Ganhei este DVD super-bacana do Sargento ontem. Está um onda de Polyphonic Spree naquela casa desde do Across the Narrows, onde os caras se apresentaram e o Sargento se apaixonou. Aí ele baixou vários vídeos(inclusive alguns que estão neste DVD), e fez com que eu me apaixonasse pela banda também.

Os Poly-Spree são 24 músicos, num conceito de band-orquestra muito gostoso. Eles dançam, pulam, cantam o tempo todo, vestem estas túnicas, como as da foto, em TODOS os shows/live performances. O clima é muito de paz à la anos 60. E eles são de Dallas - TX !

Esta é a música que abre o DVD, muito gostosinha, gospel-like. O engraçado é o Leonardo, todo ligado em metal (lml), chegar em casa e encontrar três marmanjos (eu + Sargento + Zé), dentro do quarto dele, dançando, pulando e cantando Follow the day and reach for the SUN! A música acaba fazendo efeito contrário nele, que odeia sol, e qualquer coisa relacionada a luz (Reach for the bright side), e chuta todo mundo do quarto!
